Mould Removal
Professional mould removal from €350 depending on size and scope, with a 1 year warranty (conditions apply). Up to 99% of mould spores removed, and we fix the ventilation that caused it.
Mould Survey and Testing
Moisture readings, thermal imaging and air or surface samples where needed, with a written report, photos and a scope of works. For musty smells, disputes, purchases and mould that keeps coming back.
Anti-Mould Paint
Applied after the mould is treated and the moisture source is dealt with, so the finish lasts. Quoted per room.
Bathroom Extractor Fan Installation
A new standard fan installed for €450 to €550, or a replacement for €200 plus the fan. Same-day fitting on most jobs.
Inline Fan Installation
Quieter, stronger extraction for larger bathrooms and long duct runs, installed for €600 to €700. We help you choose between a wall fan and an inline fan.
MVHR Heat Recovery Installation
Whole-house heat recovery ventilation: €5,500 to €6,000 up to 100 m², €6,000 to €7,000 for 100 to 200 m², €7,000 to €8,000 for 200 to 300 m², €8,000 to €9,500 above. 5 year warranty when serviced annually by VentSolve.
Single Room Heat Recovery and PIV
One room with condensation or stale air and no ductwork: a through-wall heat recovery unit or a positive input ventilation unit, quoted from a photo of the wall.
Attic and Roof Ventilation
Airflow through the roof space and the outlets for your fans and systems, so condensation and timber damp stop at the top of the house.

How Does Our Process Work?
From your first message to the warranty, this is how a VentSolve job runs.
1. Enquiry and quote within 24 hours
Call, WhatsApp or send the form with a photo or two. For fans, paint and most mould jobs we quote from the photos; you have a written quote within 24 hours.
2. Survey where it is needed
MVHR systems, hidden damp and recurring mould need a visit first: moisture readings, thermal imaging and, where useful, samples. The survey is quoted separately and you get a written report with a scope of works.
3. The job
A fan is usually fitted the same day, mould treatment takes from a few hours to a day depending on the rooms, and an MVHR installation takes a few days. We protect the rooms we work in and leave them clean.
4. Aftercare and warranties
Mould remediation carries a 1 year warranty with conditions; MVHR systems carry a 5 year warranty when serviced annually by VentSolve. We tell you what to keep an eye on, and we come back if something is not right.

Grants. There is no standalone SEAI grant for ventilation; it may form part of a wider upgrade through an SEAI One Stop Shop, and we work with SEAI-registered One Stop Shop providers. Our systems meet the requirements for SEAI-supported retrofit projects.

How long does a ventilation installation take?

Do you cover my area?

Is the survey free?
The quote is free. A survey, needed for MVHR design and for hidden or recurring damp, is quoted separately and comes with a written report and photos.
Can I get an SEAI grant for ventilation?
There is no standalone SEAI grant for ventilation. It may form part of a wider upgrade through an SEAI One Stop Shop, and we work with SEAI-registered One Stop Shop providers. Separately, VentSolve credits €1,500 on any job over €10,000; that is our discount, not a government grant.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. We quote in writing, report with photos before and after, and schedule around tenants. Mould surveys are written so they can be shared with a tenant or a landlord.
How often should a ventilation system be serviced?
Once a year. For MVHR systems the 5 year warranty applies when VentSolve services the system annually.
Can you remove mould from any part of the house?
Yes: bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, attics, behind wardrobes and around windows. We also fix the ventilation that caused it, so it does not come back.
