Ventsolve replaced the ventilation ducting in my attic, which was leaking flexi pipes with poor cello-tape junctions, with properly insulated ducts and proper plastic junctions. I sent request for information to 4 companies and VentSolve were the only ones to reply. I found them very responsive and product (the Ecovent heat recovery standalone ventilation units) seems reliable and do what they day on the box. If only every company was as easy to deal with as VentSolve! 👏 They made booking very quick and simple, asked for info and photos to be sure they had the right details and that my order was the right option for my  home. I got an email the day before my booking with an arrival time and work details. They arrived on time, confirmed the job details, then got to work. In about 45 mins, they'd expertly replaced 3 extractor fans with super quiet, low profile, modern fans .... and they cleaned up after the work. Top quality work and professionalism! I had 4 heat recovery ventilation units  fitted in my house in Rush..I did a good bit of research into the company beforehand including speaking to other customers . I went ahead and could find no fault at all with any aspect of the service provided. I am really happy that the rooms smell healthier and less damp as well. Their after sales has been really prompt to help do necessary checks on the system eg with filters. They replied immediately with helpful assistance.. the value was really competitive as well..I am really happy with this company it is really an excellent service.. thanks guys.
